Home Health Aide

- The 40-hour Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification Course is designed for licensed CNAs who want to provide personal care and support services in patients’ homes, covering key skills like activities of daily living, home safety, infection control, nutrition, communication, and promoting independence for elderly, chronically ill, or recovering individuals.

- Graduates earn an HHA certificate and can work for home health agencies, hospices, or private duty providers (currently offered only in the Sacramento area, with Ontario planned for the future).

Acute Care CNA / Hospital Preparation Course

-The Acute Care CNA / Hospital Preparation Course is an advanced training program for currently certified CNAs who want to transition into hospital settings and build skills for Patient Care Technician (PCT) roles, covering vital sign monitoring, basic cardiac monitoring, patient mobility and safety, infection prevention, documentation, team communication, and assisting with procedures in acute care environments.

-Graduates gain the confidence to work in fast-paced hospital units like medical-surgical floors, telemetry, and emergency departments, opening career pathways to roles such as Hospital CNA, PCT, or Telemetry Technician Assistant (offered in Sacramento, Ontario, and Los Angeles areas).

What is included in the tuition?

How is the clinical experience component handled in a hybrid program?

Students are required to attend all 100hrs of in-person clinical rotations for our CNA program at a healthcare facility under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
